This book on meditation is a wonderful read. I have been reading my Bible and praying every morning but not in the evening as I ought to. Now I will meditate morning and night as the scriptures indicated. Thank you Dr. Jonah. May God bless you now and forever for you knowledge and that you chose to share it with the world.
